Games production department
This is the department that makes sure a game gets made. It starts by raising the finance for a game to be developed, often with a publisher. Then it sets a production schedule - working out what needs to happen and when to develop the game on time and for the right amount of money. The production department also looks after the marketing of a game, making sure the gamers know about its release. Click on the roles to find out more.
