Building information and facilities

Lifts:

The venue has four floors and two lifts. The lift measurements are 200H x 78W x 130D.

Stairs and steps:

There are 26 stairs between reception and level 1, they are wide and have a handrail.

Toilets:

There are male and female toilets as well as one accessible bathroom in the Piccadilly Bar. These are dedicated toilets for the event.

The venue has baby changing facilities on site and these are located on the 4th floor.

Assistance for guide dogs:

The nearest green space is St James’ Church which is a one minute walk.

The venue has a hearing aid induction loop, but prior arrangements must be made to use this. Please inform ScreenSkills if this is something you require.

Flashing lights/strobe lighting:

No strobe lighting or flashing lights are planned to be used during the event.

Event rooms in use on the day:

The event rooms in use on the day will be the Ray Dolby Room and Piccadilly Bar on 1st floor.

Wheelchair accessibility:

The venue is fully accessible for wheelchair users. All floors of the building are accessible via the main elevators, there are no steps within the function space. Street access is via Piccadilly. Vehicles are able to drop off outside the building but there is no onsite parking available.
