Welcome to this Upskilling for screen professionals e-learning series brought to you by ScreenSkills, in association with Mission Accomplished and Maximity.

It is a series of seven modules designed to improve your software skills and to develop efficiencies in your working practices, build confidence and understand the benefits of using software collaboratively.

It covers how to use Microsoft software programmes Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Plus, it gives an overview of media sharing and your GDPR and cyber security responsibilities while working on productions. It also has tips for working productively as a freelancer and explains the tools which enable effective team collaboration.

You can complete the series in your own time as your progress will be saved as you go along.

Note: you will need access to Word, Excel and PowerPoint to complete the activities in the modules. Downloadable templates are included.

This e-learning series was commissioned by ScreenSkills, using National Lottery funds awarded by the BFI as part of the Future Film Skills programme.
