Adrian Barber is the festival director of Bolton International Film Festival, held annually in the first week of October, the event highlights and supports emerging and established film-makers, cast and crew. Recently voted a "Top 12 UK Festival" by Film Daily, a CE50 by Creative England and consistently voted a "Top 100 reviewed" film festival from over 8000 worldwide on FilmFreeway it has been praised by film-goers and film-makers alike. Bolton screens over 100+ compelling and talent-driven short films across five venues and three days. The festival also offers twenty two talks, panel discussions and industry masterclasses with some of the best talent in moving image both behind and in front of the camera.
