I first realized I wanted to work with animated filmmaking after watching some videos on the production of the film "Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron" as a child. Like most kids, I was a fan of animated films, but until then I had always just taken their existance for granted. I hadn't realized they were something people actually made. Once I found that out, I decided I'd quite like to be one of those people that made animations.

Since then, I've also developed an interest in animation used in games, publicity, or educational material. I just believe animation is an incredible tool that can be used in so many different ways to reach out and connect and communicate with people.
