Currently responsible for talent attraction and brand strategy for our Global Markets Sales, Brands & Content divisions. Responsible for project managing recruitment from end to end. Driving direct sourcing, reducing time to hire and cost through effective sourcing, along with managing and building talent pools and communities.

I am also responsible for driving engagement with the business by being a truly trusted recruitment partner and working with our recruitment outsourced partner to ensure timely delivery of recruitment activities. My role includes identifying new and innovative ways of sourcing hard to find top talent and driving employer brand through engagement and recruitment campaigns.
