I started my career in the film and TV industry as an Assistant to Julie Kane-Ritsch at the Gotham Group, a management-production company in West Hollywood. There, I got first hand experience of the important and nuanced relationship between a Manager and their Client. I was particularly drawn to the depths of creative understanding Julie had of her client and their work, which, enabled her to provide a unique service. My knowledge of management-production expanded when I went to work at the illustrious Anonymous Content as an Assistant to Eli Selden.  

My years in Toronto was spent working in theatre production where I worked independently as a Producer but also worked at a theatre company called b current. As the Programming Coordinator and Diversity Training Project Lead at b current, I was charged with developing and implementing a new revenue generating initiative, called b inc. b inc., is a Diversity & Inclusion training program which uses the practice of theatre to workshop sensitive issues surrounding bias, stereotypes, identity and community within the workplace. I thoroughly enjoyed taking ownership of this project - from managing all stages of development to delivery and training b current artists to deliver b inc. workshops. In addition to this, I supported the Artistic Producer at to produce the company’s first national (Canada) and international (India) tour of Brotherhood: The Hip Hopera.

In recent years I have been in working production as a Production Secretary on HETV and films in London. I have segued into the creative side of producing (which is where I wish to stay) in my most recent role as a Junior Producer on a feature film called "The Fantastic Flitcrofts" produced by Baby Cow Productions and Water & Power Productions.
