About
Hello! I’m Sara, a new entry in Film and Tv Industry, costume department. I’ve just graduated from the Edinburgh College of Art in Performance Costume, Master’s Degree. Before, I graduated from the Filmmaking Academy Scuola Holden.
During my studies, I made different experiences in low budget/student productions, where I was in charge of the costumes for several short movies. These experiences helped me to learn the basics of a production, how to move on a set, and improving my skills as a stylist, costume buyer, and maker.
Now, I would like to take the first steps in the industry as a costume trainee or assistant, to work alongside experienced designers, artists, and technicians, in a professional context.
I’m a hard worker, really determined, and enthusiastic. I love working in a team, bringing my positivity and cheerfulness. I’m a naturally helpful person, well-organized, and focused on delivering quality work that’s of the highest standard.
I have several years of experience working in hospitality and retail as a
waitress and sales assistant. I’m used to long shifts and standing for several hours, working in a stressful environment. I’m based in Edinburgh, but I’m available to travel and move when requested. I have a driving license.
