Hi there!

My name is Catherine, and I am currently a Level 4 Foundation Art and Design student.

There are many areas within the creative industry which appeal to me, but my interest lies with Art Direction and Design for the Film and Television Industry, as well as Magazines and Events. Even though they are quite varied areas I think the skills gained could be transferrable as both require a strong visual understanding as well as efficiency and organisation. 

I am planning on studying Film Production (specifically the design side) at University in the hopes that I could eventually achieve a role working in Feature Film/TV/Events/Publication/Advertising. As I don't have a vast amount of professional practice within these fields, I am open to trying a multitude of artistic roles in a variety of industries to pin point where my key strengths lie. So, whilst my options seem quite broad, I have selected industrys which really intrigue me and I would love to explore.
