Lauren Evans is the resident Producer at Team Awesome, a creative network of youths which she helped co-found in 2012. Since then, Team Awesome have gone on to producer productions that are have been accepted into film competitions, as well as a short webseries that attracted an international audience of around 2000 subscribers. Lauren is graduating from the University of Manchester in 2016 with BA (Hons) German and Chinese. Beyond producing six different productions, Lauren has also successfully pitched for the funding of both Think Big film projects (Run Rabbit and Girls on Tour), before overseeing the subsequent budgets. She has also assisted the Manchester Filmmaking Society with their projects, delivering presentations to would-be producers on how to develop, pitch and producer short-form film projects.
