I work for Staffing and Recruitment for The Challenge, the UK’s biggest social integration charity and a major provider of the government-backed programme National Citizen Service (NCS). NCS is a once in a lifetime opportunity for 15-17 year olds that helps build skills for work and life, introducing them to new people and encouraging them to reach out to their local community through social action projects.

We are currently recruiting for Creative Workshop Facilitators and Public Speaking Trainers across London (including Southwest London), surrey, Bucks and Berks, West Midlands, Birmingham and other regions in the UK to deliver our curriculum, facilitating sessions on public speaking, confidence building, creative and digital storytelling and enterprise.

In return, you will get the opportunity to share your skills with young people and help them develop new skills and build the confidence to speak to their peers, tell the stories of others and apply their new skills to social actions projects that make a real difference in their local community. You will earn £220 per 2-day placement as a Workshop Facilitator and £150 per 1-day placement as a Public Speaking Trainer.
