This workshop will explore owning your decisons and achieving work-life balance - without the guilt. It is targeted at mums/care givers working in TV, whether they are returning to work after maternity, or feeling the pressure of juggling a TV job around family life, perhaps wanting to move up but concerned about the guilt that this might cause.

In this session, Karen Hudson will discuss questions around job criteria, boundaries, support networks, decision making, values and beliefs, as well as being available for participant Q&A.

Speaker

Karen Hudson is a production executive and owner of coaching business, Hudini Coaching. A mum of one with another one on the way, she has worked in TV for over 16 years and knows about adaptability, fast paced working environments and achieving a happy work /life equilibrium in order to avoid burnout. She has worked with wonderfully creative, hard-working teams on shows like Amazon’s The Grand Tour and C4’s, The Island with Bear Grylls. She works with even the busiest people, helping them to ensure that all parts of their lives receive the attention they deserve.  Her coaching aims to help them continue to grow and develop themselves, while feeling fulfilled and happy both in the workplace and at home.
