Production Unlocked: Post-Production First Day: In Post

Join executive producer, Gareth Ellis-Unwin, Brad Blackbourn Head of virtual production at The Third Floor,  and director Jo Southwell as they discuss the post-production of the immersive film, First Day: In Post.

This event looks at the role of a producer in the post-production process and how immersive technology was used to bring viewers first-hand taste of the post-production environment. 

First Day: In Post is a virtual reality experience that aims to introduce viewers to a working post-production studio and break down how the people that work there help bring a film to life.

During the experience, the tech ops supervisor shows you around a post-production house, introducing you to the central technical area, edit suite, VfX, grade suite, foley studio, dubbing and a twelve-piece orchestra recording a soundtrack.
