Taking a production management perspective, the session will talk about budgeting and scheduling an idea from development through to first series, and stepping through the evolution as it returns to become a successful brand. Using the prism of BBC Two's 'Hospital', we'll also explore what factors impact decision making and how to work successfully as a production manager with the senior editorial team to deliver their creative aspirations.

Who it's for

This session is for experienced production coordinators through to production managers who have some understanding of budgeting and who want to gain a broader understanding of production finance with a practical programme framework to refer to.
