Struggling with living in lockdown? Anxious about what happens next?

Whether you are returning to work, furloughed, redundant or have no work prospects at all, surviving in this new world can be a huge challenge when the rules seem confused and ever changing.

Dr Paul Litchfield, award-winning expert in occupational mental health and wellbeing talks us through the pressures of living in lockdown and how to cope with what happens after with a focus on mental health. We'll also discuss how the development of the pandemic over the next six months might impact you in the context of advances of treatment, testing and vaccines. He will also take questions to support programme-makers.

Dr Paul Litchfield is an award-winning expert in occupational mental health and wellbeing and Chair of the ‘What Works Centre for Wellbeing’. Paul comes with a wealth of experience in the screen industry having worked extensively with broadcasters to create successful frameworks for health, safety and wellbeing.
