An intensive 10 day foundational Afro hair and makeup for darker skin tones course that changes the conversation between actors and HMUAs, by addressing the unconscious biases around Afro textured hair, whilst providing foundational training inAfro hair styling and darker skin tone makeup techniques. This course was designed by hair and makeup HODs from the performing arts, with over 35 years of experience and extensive knowledge of Afro and textured hair and darker skin tone makeup. The course is run by educators with extensive experience working with Afro textured hair and makeup artists for darker skin tones. This course is designed for hair and makeup technicians currently working within the Performing Arts in theatre, TV and film.
