Wendy is the founder and editor-in-chief of Female Arts magazine and was nominated for the George Orwell Prize in Journalism for her writing for Female Arts. She was formerly sub-editor for Fringe Report and has contributed to publications including Frost Magazine, The Camden New Journal and the Reading Post.

Female Arts co-produced the inaugural RED Women's Theatre Awards; an new award for female playwrights at the Greenwich Theatre in March 2016.

Wendy is a Masters graduate of the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and founding member of the Reading Berks comedy sketch group. Her writing has been staged at venues including the Royal Festival Hall (Women of the World festival) Henley Fringe Festival and Reading Comedy Festival.
