Industry Greats Masterclass: Cracking children's TV with Jeremy Salsby
Children’s is what Jeremy Salsby calls a “world heritage site” for TV with the most demanding and rewarding audience you could hope for – as well as endless repeat viewings and a new audience delivered every 2 or 3 years. Children’s is where careers go to flourish
In this session, he will shine a light on how he brought some of CBBC’s channel-defining children’s shows - across different genres - to screen.
Jeremy Salsby is a multi-award-winning TV, film and radio creative, specialising in entertainment and comedy in adult, YA & children’s programming. Since 2011 Jeremy has been MD of Saltbeef TV, a BAFTA-winning independent production company. Hit shows include BAFTA-winning Friday Download and hit teen comedy drama Almost Never.
