What’s it like to work on set?

What are the various departments, what do they all do and who’s who? Starting your first role on set can be quite a daunting experience, what do you need to know to make sure you get a good reputation with your colleagues. This introductory session is being led by Caroline Officer, a media professional with over 15 years experience on set and Alex Withers, an assistant director (AD) on film and HETV production.

Caroline and Alex will take you on a whistle-stop tour of how a set operates, what protocols to follow, what to wear and what to avoid.

This is ideal for people with limited or no experience on set
