Founder and CEO of Award-winning Sensethefuture Pictures. Sensethefuture Pictures, headquartered in London is a television and communications business. Our mission is to create uncompromising, engaging content for a diverse consumer base. We bring together our television and communications offering under a true story telling base and have won numerous awards for our work including the Media Innovators Award in 2019. We work with emerging and established talent to produce content that is both entertaining and thought-provoking whilst appealing to a broad audience.

She is Founder Member of Experts Working Group on Broadcasting Content Beyond Borders in Republic of Korea since September 2019 and the Digital Production Partnership Advisory Group since May 2020 and joined the ScreenSkills Mentoring Programme in June 2020. The company was long-listed for Channel 5 Diversity funding in 2019. Potocka took part in UK Trade Missions to Realscreen 2020, 2019 and 2018 in the States, NATPE Miami in 2020, and joined EnTTech 2019 as part of the foreign delegation at the invitation of SEPC to India in 2019 and previously joined UK Trade Missions to MIPTV in 2017 and MIPCOM in 2018.

Potocka has over 10 years of senior management experience and deep experience of building brands and marketing communications including organisational design and operational expertise. She has significant experience of developing business overseas and working across international markets in the United States, Europe and Asia. Potocka has a strong commercial focus with a track record of leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams to success in innovative businesses. She was part of the founding team at First Connex in Bahrain/UAE, the directory service, and helped develop the business model in the Gulf region that secured the 1st licence in the world (outside of Finland). Previously she worked in Account Management and Sales in finance and media.

She made regular appearances in the international media and has been interviewed by the press over 300 times. She's been a panellist/moderator at TVConnect in 2016, 2017, 2018; she was a speaker on AR and its monetization at the OTTtv World Summit, and on personalisation at the International Film TV & Exhibition Forum in Istanbul. She moderated the panel on Big Opportunities for Data in Creating Business Value at TVConnect in 2017. She also chaired the panel on Rules of Audience Engagement at Zealous X with panel speakers from Channel 4, Salesforce and Opera Upclose, and stressed the importance of the need for authorities to tackle piracy to afford greater protection to content creators during the UK-Poland Trade panel in 2017. The company was chosen as one of 75 cutting edge start-ups to join the Startup Forum that focuses on creating partnerships between investors, media companies & innovators at IBC Show held in Amsterdam in September 2017. Potocka took part then in the panel on Leading the Digital Transformation. She's been featured in The Economist, TVBEurope and CityAM. Previously, she was a regular guest on Radio Orla's London Bridge, Hayes, FM and has also given speeches in the presence of business and political leaders and audiences of 150+ and the Iron Lady herself in 2010. She holds a BSc Joint Hons in IT/Multimedia and Economics. 

In 2011 she was awarded the Pro Memoria medal by the Government of the Republic of Poland for her contribution to the Polish Forces Memorial project at the National Memorial Arboretum.
