Trained up to be an On-Air Producer in Live Sports. On the front line of live sports: In charge of the broadcast from start to finish as the voice of the live production department. Working with local production, transmission, commentators across geographies, and in line with programming/scheduling/commercial departments. Ensuring the perfect broadcast experience for the viewers and ensuring Channel Flow, Regulations and Graphic elements are followed per the Channel rules and the integrity of the schedule is preserved. Fully trained in Live Producing.

Providing strategic communications counsel, strategy and support to the management team as a trusted publicist and advisor, including the delivery of the communications for the Asian World Premiere in Cannes at MIPCOM to position the leading Japanese broadcaster's series and management as leaders in the industry. Developing and assuring the consistent dissemination of the company’s key coverage during the premiere of scripted crime series Elpis in Cannes at MIPCOM in 2022 with the Star Toko Miura. Bridging creativity and strategy to deliver one cohesive narrative externally across publications at the global level. Potocka crafted the story for the media and worked closely with journalists to deliver exposure which generated in the region of a billion impressions and an Earned Media Value of 20.5 million in USD across international media outlets to advance the company’s strategic business goals with a variety of internal and external audiences, including business, general and trade media on the global stage.
