I started out my career as an actor. Graduating from the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts, I have featured in a range of roles including ITV's 'The Bill', BBC's 'Doctors' and featured with Kylie Minogue and David Tennant in BBC's 'Dr Who'.

Whilst still acting I became a content creator and associate producer for a youth organisation focused on the development of young people through art and media. As a Director, Co-director, Editor, Producer, Camera Operator and Advisor I have contributed to a wide range of projects, including music videos, concerts, behind the scenes documentaries, live events and advertising campaigns. In 2014, I left the company to continue acting and independent filmmaking,

My first independent short film was 'Attack the Block 2: War of Shadows', won an honourable mention in Film 4's 'Scene Stealers' competition. I also wrote, directed, produced and stared in 'Social Status', a short film about relationships and social media which was an official selection for the Black international film festival Birmingham in 2015.

Other projects currently in development include an action web-series called 'Relentless' with a viewable pilot at Youtube.com/StefanDavisFilms. 'Do it Like Me' a dance based feature film and 'Welcome to the club' a feature film about 3 friends antics out and about in Birmingham.
