Louis Holder is a London-based award-winning independent filmmaker. He has worked on a number of short films, documentaries and web-based content for almost a decade - of which have garnered successes at both regional and international film festivals.

In 2013, Louis was accepted into the BFI Film Academy - delivered by Eastside Educational Trust, a film course run by industry experts, developing the next generation of film industry talent. Louis was mentored by award-winning filmmaker and documentarian Caroline Bacle and visual artist Emily Bailey, his production team produced 'Half Minded', a short film which culminated in it's recognition amongst NFTS (National Film & Television School) submissions that term.

In Early 2016, he began development on his feature directional debut 'One Night More' with Principal Photography that commenced in Summer 2016. He is currently studying Film at University of Westminster and producing various films with his colleagues there including Party Animal (2017), Moonflower (2017) and Desire (2017), the latter of which is being shot on 16mm.
