About

Twenty-nine year old Glasgow-based director, I come from a no-budget film background. After getting my film degree in 2009, I directed my first feature film at the age of 21.

Winner of a BAFTA New Talent Award in 2011 and nominated again in 2014.

Currently making short comedy content for the BBC. My online work has garnered over 8 million views and been featured in Time, Vanity Fair, The Huffington Post and many others.

My second feature "A Practical Guide to a Spectacular Suicide" was nominated for the Michael Powell Award for Best British Feature Film at the 2014 Edinburgh International Film Festival, and is now available to watch on Amazon.

Selected for the GMAC Filmmaker Foot in the Door program in 2013, 2014 Edinburgh International Film Festival Talent Lab and BBC Writersroom Fast & Funny 2016.

Represented by Michael Clarke at Brennan Artists Associates.
