About
Lesley-Anne is a Producer with a range of experience from commercials to independent film in the UK and the Caribbean region. She has recently produced her debut feature film, Little English and is currently developing her slate of films. Her last short film, Immune, is currently on the festival circuit and has accumulated 9 awards thus far.
Most recently, Lesley-Anne was one of the 18 female-identifying talents selected for the 2022 Birds’ Eye View Filmonomics programme. Additionally, she has been a part of the 2021 year-long ScreenSkills Pro-Create Mentoring Programme for Producers, the BFI NETWORK x BAFTA Crew and is a member of the European Audiovisual Entrepreneurs (EAVE) alumni.
She also co-founded a social enterprise dedicated to creating a sustainable ecosystem for film and television producers and directors in Trinidad & Tobago and the wider Caribbean called the Filmmakers Collaborative of Trinidad and Tobago that manages the trinidad+tobago Film Festival.
Affecting social change through film is of great interest to her and she produces theme-led films with social issues at its core, exploring the strength of cultural identity.
