About
Kellye Carnahan is a London-based freelance development executive/script editor/script consultant with 10+ years of experience across film, television and acquisitions. She relocated to London in 2018 following 8 years of living and working in Hollywood, most recently as a development executive for Miramax. During her tenure at Miramax, Kellye supported the development and production of in house projects, including THE 9TH LIFE OF LOUIS DRAX, BAD SANTA 2 and I, TONYA, and worked with writers and directors such as David Wolstencroft, Ol Parker, Kieran Darcy Smith, and Shauna Cross. Prior to focusing on development and production, she supported and helped build out the television team and slate, as well as supporting the acquisitions department. Kellye trained holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in film and television production (graduated with honours) from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. She began her career at Verve Talent and Literary Agency, working under literary agent Bill Weinstein, before going to work for producer Julie Yorn on the set of WE BOUGHT A ZOO. She hold both a US and EU passport and have the right to work without the need for a visa in both countries. Kellye speaks both English and French fluently (as well as a touch of Irish Gaelic, just for fun).
