I have produced a number of short films, promos and online content and I have production managed across numerous productions. I am an ambitious and talented individual with a the ability to adapt quickly to new situations. I have strong management and communication skills which allow me to integrate well into any production team for the benefit of the project and the client.

Since attending my first film workshop 10 years ago in Wajda Film School (Warsaw), I knew I wanted to make films and I have been involved in film-making ever since In 2012 I graduated in BA Film Studies at Queen Mary University of London and decided to run my own business Little Feather Productions which specialized in promotional films and music videos. In 2015 I decided to develop my producing skills further by .studying at Goldsmiths University specializing in producing (MA Film-making Producing Pathway).

During my interesting journey to becoming a producer I also worked as a course leader for a charity - The Complete Works. I taught children with special educational needs, from very challenging backgrounds who live in the UK through the art of film-making. I produced and lead multiple film projects with my students. It helped them in developing their self-confidence and self-awareness through promoting their work. I organized screenings of their projects for wide audiences (Hackney Council, Channel 4 Producers). I wanted to inspire a breakthrough and achieve a lasting change in their lives through the art of film-making. In this job I have learned to be calm when working under pressure and developed my communication and management skills when teaching large groups of students.

I am experienced in production managing, development producing and line producing. As a freelance producer, I have I had an overall control on every aspect of a film's production from conception to completion. I worked on the development of the stories, scripts, and pitching. I also worked on budgets using MM Budgeting or Excel, schedules (using MM Scheduling), castings, distribution, securing the rights, raising funds, organizing crowd funding campaigns, hiring key staff, organizing screenings, creating call sheets, risk assessments, preparing contracts, arranging travel arrangements, creating Power Point pitch presentations and mood boards and delivering pitches to clients.
