Pauline is the founding CEO of Ffilm Cymru Wales, formerly Film Agency Wales, having previously worked in commercial film and television finance at London based Mansfield Associates, as Risk Manager to financiers such as the Royal Bank of Scotland and Rand Merchant Bank. Starting out, Pauline studied Film and Media at Stirling University before winning a scholarship to UCLA’s Producers' Program, where she interned for international sales agent, August Entertainment and Alan Ladd Jnr's The Ladd Company at Paramount.
