Thomas has worked in the creative industries for over 15 years. After graduating from METFilm school with an MA in The Business of Film (Producing) he has gone on to produce an array of short films. In 2018 he produced three shorts (CHAOS TOAD, SAUNA BLUE and THE BULLCALF), all of which have been screened around the world at renowned film festivals. This year he has wrapped on CHEATING, a short dark comedy, which is currently in post production. In 2019 Thomas also established his production company FIKUSFILMS, and 2020 will see the companies first projects go into production. The first of which (THE CIRCUMCISION) has been backed by the BFI and is scheduled to shoot in January, while A SLIGHT CHILL, written by Patrick Gale (writer of the Emmy award-winning THE MAN IN AN ORANGE SHIRT), will go into production later in the spring. Thomas is also developing his first feature film THE HIDDEN FOLK for FIKUSFILMS and EMERGENCE Films.
