Manos Ioannou is a London based writer and director for films, music videos, documentaries and fashion. Originally from Cyprus, he graduated from London Film School with an MA in filmmaking. His short documentary 'Seeing the Funny Side' received an official selection in Soho Rushes. He now works as a freelance writer and director in London. His most recent projects were directing fashion films for Vogue Japan and Numero Tokyo. He has also directed an art film for Stella magazine with Thandie Newton. He recently finished directing a music video for Monarchy starring Dita Von Teese. He wrote and directed his first short film, 'Dilip's Castle', and it is currently in competition for festivals throughout 2015. It is a showcase for his predilection for raw characters, visceral storytelling, and dark comedy.
