Project Officer to December 2022, Co-lead from January 2023 Project management of partnerships and community links for 32 Scotland-wide projects. Coordinating partnerships with artists and a wide range of partners and stakeholders. Monitoring and evaluating each project for reporting to the Scottish Government. Managing the project’s £4.4m budget. Line managing Project Officer and a team of freelance associates. Liaising with national organisations and the Scottish Government. Coordinating and curating monthly live music events. Overseeing Health and Safety and assigning and managing volunteers for events. Reseraching and booking artists and venues. Sourcing and hiring equipment.

Performance and Creative Projects Producer
Creating work across a range of artistic disciplines. Sourcing partners, funding opportunities and performance spaces. Negotiating contracts, budget management, fundraising, securing performance rights, liaising with artists and creatives, casting, preparing production schedules, and liaising with the Press.

Developing and curating a high-quality and ambitious Arts programme. Negotiating contract terms and conditions. Project managing co-productions and commissions. Coordinating audience development activities (talks, workshops, etc.). Supporting Marketing to ensure audience reach and income targets.

Lead producer for multi-award winning ‘The Afflicted’. Associate producer for How Not to Drown at Traverse and Tron Theatre and UK tour. Leading the outreach and audience development programme and coordinating educational resources. Artist liaison, budget management, producing admin, drafting contracts. Liaising with venues and street teams and Press. Tour scoping and research and development of new work.

Facilitating communication between artistic and administrative and Production staff. Leading on planning, logistics and scheduling of productions and coordinating co-productions with partners. Sourcing and contracting cast and creative teams, negotiating contracts, drafting and managing project budgets. Creator and lead producer of Rep Stripped Festival, coordinating all production meetings, leading on planning, logistics and scheduling, managing budget, programming and coordinating resources leading to and throughout the 2-week festival.

Administrative Assistant - River Stage Festival
Production support to the festival producer and creative team during the period leading up to the 3-week outdoor festival and throughout its run. Arranging licences and permits, artist liaison and budget management.
