I’m currently a freelance filmmaker/creative assistant working out of Somerset House’s prestigious Studio 48 as part of the 'artist in residence' film collective known as Mind The Film. We produce, shoot and edit several challenging short documentaries and factual content productions throughout the year that focus on cutting edge innovation in art, music, and technology. Our productions range from anthology art projects in Nordmarka forest to chaotic run and gun festival shoots in Barcelona’s Sonar Festival. In addition, my personal project entitled Watch with Mother, which explores the distorting effects of simultaneously experiencing postpartum depression and complicated grief, was selected to screen at both Sheffield Doc Fest and Encounters Film Festival this year. I also have experience shooting with Canon cinema cameras and Sony Cameras, and I’ve been editing with Final Cut Pro X for several years.

I am also a Triforce Creative Network and Screenskills Trainee Finder alumni, and while training, I’ve been fortunate enough to work as both a runner on a high end BBC drama, and as an assistant editor on a Bafta nominated feature film. At the beginning of 2017 I was hired by the award winning production company, Urban Myth Films, under a 12 month contract. Led by Howard Overman, Julian Murphy and Johnny Capps, I managed the office and learned the ins and outs of TV development research, script editing and creating pitch documents.
