Florence is a Multi Award-Winning Director living in London. Florence was selected to direct at the National Film & Television School at only 16, as part of the BFI Film Academy Crafts Residential supported by BAFTA - her films have screened worldwide and been selected for BAFTA-qualifying Film Festivals.

Florence has since been working with the multi Oscar-winning company Industrial Light & Magic working on STAR WARS VIII: THE LAST JEDI. She is now working at Double Negative & Prime Focus as a Junior Editor on projects such as A WRINKLE IN TIME and Andy Serkis' JUNGLE BOOK (2018).

Her filmmaking has been critiqued as 'witty, poignant, surreal and macabre' by Director TOM HOOPER ('The Danish Girl', 'Les Miserables' and 'The Kings Speech'), and has also received praise from writer ABI MORGAN ('Suffragette', 'The Iron Lady' and 'Shame.') and CHRISTINE LANGAN, Head of BBC Films. She is signed by Sugarcane Media for commercials & music videos.

Her new film 'ELLE' stars LES MISERABLES' Isabelle Allen (Young Cosette) - a 15 minute inspiring & emotional short film about a young girl who struggles to pursue her dream of becoming a professional dancer. The trailer has made her noticed by filmmakers such as RIAN JOHNSON (Looper, Star Wars VIII: The Last Jedi), DUNCAN JONES (Moon, Source Code, Warcraft) and funded by JIM CUMMINGS (Sundance 2016 Winner 'Thunderoad'). It is currently entering the festival circuit.
