About
Hi,
I am a freelance creative with a range of experience in theatre, opera and events. The majority of my work has been in scenic painting where I have worked both independantly and as part of a team to produce sets in a wide range of styles and mediums. In this role I have also helped to fabricate large three dimensional set elements, using a basic knowledge of polycarving, fibreglass and carpentry.
I am actively looking for new opportunities to develop these skills in a prop-making environment. Since graduating in Fine Art I have been driven to developing my skills on the job but have also taken part on two short courses that have helped me to move forward in the industry. The first was an intense 5 week scenic art course at DAP studios with James Rowse and the most recent, a 4 week prop sculpting course at Creative Media Skills with Gavin Jones.
I am now fully available to take on new jobs/ projects and I look forward to meeting new, like-minded individuals in the industry.
Please see my website for images of my work.
