About
Tom Oxenham is a Cornish director and screenwriter. After training at the National Youth Theatre and National Film & Television School, Tom first directed for theatre before moving to film. Tom’s work has screened at BAFTA-qualifying festivals worldwide, winning several awards in the process. His short film MAN-SPIDER, starring Liz Kingsman and Harry Michell, was awarded a Vimeo Staff Pick and won Best UK Comedy at the Discover Film Awards. THE NICKY NACK, starring Alun Armstrong, premiered at FrightFest and won Best Short at Horrified Film Festival. He has directed commercial work for Universal Music and Mars, and is the writer and co-creator of BBC Radio 4 series THE ISLAND, starring Stephen Mangan. Tom is represented by Catherine Goldstone at The Haworth Agency.
