About
I am theatre director with a strong focus in developing and staging new writing, as well as contemporary revivals (plays from the past 30-40 years). My belief is that theatre should reflect, respond and challenge the times in which we inhabit. I believe in entertainment with substance. I am drawn to see and make work that can make us laugh one moment, yet making us embrace the pathos at the next moment. Currently I am developing a new full length play to be produced in 2021 and I have been selected to direct for The 24 Hour Plays UK.
