Congratulations to all the winners at this month’s 73rd Emmy Awards and the National Television Awards.
Particular thanks to all productions, broadcasters and streamers – both winners and nominees - who paid into the ScreenSkills Skills Funds and offered training opportunities to continue the work of building and sustaining a skilled and ever more inclusive workforce.
The Emmys, including the Creative Arts Emmys earlier this month, saw big wins for The Crown and Ted Lasso as well as recognition for Bridgerton and Michaela Coel for best writing in a limited series with I May Destroy You.
The National Television Awards saw recognition for shows on the BBC, Channel 4 and ITV who all contributed to the old TV Skills Fund last year before the launch of the new Unscripted TV Skills Fund this spring, as well as for dramas which contributed to the High-end TV Skills Fund.
Winners included Line of Duty, It’s a Sin, After Life, The Great British Bake Off and Gogglebox.
