Investing in People: how ScreenSkills shapes careers

Hear from those who have used ScreenSkills initiatives to help develop their careers in the screen industries.

You can't make great film and TV without investing in the people behind it. In the returning Investing in People series, a new collection of videos highlights how ScreenSkills programmes and courses have helped develop the careers of those working across the screen industries. 

Programmes were funded by ScreenSkills and supported by the BFI, awarding National Lottery funds as part of its Future Film Skills strategy.
