Production Coordinator
This production included a lot of moving parts and complex logistics. We were the production office based in Cardiff for the Wales part of the shoot, but part of my role was also to assist setting up the production office in India, International shipping & carnets (Which was very complex with the Indian customs and government), sending out the call sheets and arranging risk assessments for the India shoot, in Wales. This shoot was unfortunately shut down after the first day of shoot.

Production Coordinator Block 4 (Block 1-3 APOC)
This was my first role as an APOC, and took on more duties than would usually be the case at this role. This included Negotiation of cast contracts, onboarding all crew and dailies, stunt contracts, cast insurance medicals, international product placement shipping, child licenses, progress reports, contributor agreements. After our coordinator left at the end of block 3, I was then stepped up to production coordinator for the remainder of shoot, with some additional responsibilities like sending out the call sheet. I was then kept onto coordinate and overlook the dismantling of a large scale set build which lasted 3 months.

Production Secretary
This was a large team which included 4 runner's/PA's that I would manage. My duties included the usual production secretary role, but also started to move towards the APOC level within. My additional duties included Onboarding crew, Distribution of timesheets, assisting with plant hire for Grips, Sparks and Riggers.

Production Secretary
This role involved assisting in setting up a complex production office in a unused and derelict army barrack. On this I would book all the production vehicles and vans, coordinate cross loads with locations, production file management and assisting in the signing of cast contracts.
-
Travel & Accomodation Secretary
Assisting the travel and accommodation APOC with TMO's and booking travel & accommodation
-
Production Runner
This was my first job in the TV industry and made me fall in love with this career. I had the usual responsibilities of a production runner (Rushes, tea & coffee, printing, daily shopping) but also took on some roles of the production secretary and was raising PO's & assisting with booking hotels and travel for high end cast.
