Kathleen Lambie

Kathleen Lambie

Current: first assistant accountant
Longer term ambition: production accountant

Kathleen worked in the production office for nearly ten years before deciding that she much preferred the look of the work on her accounting colleagues’ desks. Having made the switch, she was accepted onto the NFTS Scotland’s diploma in production accounting for film and television. The following year, she took part in the fantastic stepping up to production accountant intensive training funded and delivered by ScreenSkills and the Production Guild. Layering practical learning over this more focused route bolstered her skills and confidence and Kathleen quickly moved from assistant to payroll accountant to first assistant on Amazon’s The Rig, Anansi Boys and recently, Good Grief for Netflix. The next step up is to production accountant. Kathleen is thrilled to join the cohort and is excited to continue on the learning path that Leaders of Tomorrow so uniquely allows.
