Industry-specific, i-act accredited mental health training designed to equip film and TV professionals with vital skills to create a healthier work environment and support colleagues more effectively. 

Course content:

  • How to create an inclusive and mentally healthy working environment and prevent stigma
  • Understand the risks to mental health and wellbeing when working in the screen industries
  • Introduction to mental health awareness and be able to recognise when colleagues may need further support
  • Practical tools you can use to promote positive wellbeing to help build resilience for yourself and your colleagues
  • A comprehensive guide to the support available here at the Film and TV Charity

What you will gain from this training:

  • Certification as an i‑act Practitioner (accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatrists)
