The modern workplace is a constantly changing environment, and the recent Pandemic has created many unforeseen challenges. Our home is rapidly doubling as our office and when we don’t feel properly equipped to manage these, our workload can feel overwhelming and we struggle to complete projects.

Our 3 x 1hour programme outlined below will enable participants to develop their ability to prioritise and make the best use of their time whilst working from home. We will explore, analyse, and practice diferent techniques to enhance time management skills. Participants will discover the techniques that work best for them and that they can put into practice
straight away.

You must attend all three sessions to complete the course.
