Michelle Langer is an Executive Coach and Certified Wellbeing Trainer who has been offering tailored solutions to leading corporates, individuals, schools and renowned talent over the last 13 years to help them address the causes of stress and unlock peak performance. She was personally trained by Dr Deepak Chopra and The Chopra Center for Wellbeing. Michelle is also a Facilitator and Executive Coach for Arianna Huffington’s behavior change company Thrive Global, helping international companies to fight the burnout epidemic through sustainable, science-based solutions. Michelle is Creative Director at East Media and has over a quarter of a century experience in Entertainment and Factual Entertainment production.
