Set Ready Free Film & TV Training x Screen Hackney

We are excited to announce a new Set Ready Film & TV Training course in partnership with Screen Hackney, this time as part of Discover Young Hackney - the borough’s flagship youth arts and culture programme.

It is completely free of charge and there is no requirement for previous industry experience, however, all applicants must be between 18 and 26 years old and residents of Hackney.

Our two-day training programme is designed to equip new entrants with the foundational knowledge, skills and confidence required to work as a Location Marshal on a large-scale film or TV production.

The course, led by expert industry professionals, will provide the essential skills to jumpstart a career in the creative industries. Once the training has been completed, alumni have the opportunity to put themselves forward for an entry-level paid work experience on set as Location Marshals.

The course will take place on the 19th-20th August between 10am and 4pm at the Tomlinson Centre, Queensbridge Road, E8 3ND.
