Masterclass: Meet the people behind the designs: costumes, props & installations
If you’ve ever wondered what is actually involved in designing costumes, props and installations and are hoping to get some great insider tips to start or progress your career - this is the masterclass for you.
Time will be allowed for Q&A, so come and put your questions about a career in design to Tim and Sarah.
This strand of online sessions focuses on specific roles within TV. You will get the chance to go behind a job title and get the inside track, as told by the people who know these jobs inside out.
Tim Simpson and Sarah Mead are the directors of Plunge Creations and have been designing costumes, props and installations for over 20 years. Their design work includes The Masked Singer for ITV, the pilot for BritBox’s Spitting Image, Madagascar Live, ITV’s Big Heads and Cartoon Network on Tour. Plunge Creations have also delivered designs and installations for key British and global brands including Samsung, Robinson's and M&M World.
