If you're leading a team and feeling self-doubt or overwhelm - or are simply thinking, 'there must be a better way!' - then Lead With Ease will help you develop the leadership skills you need to lead confidently and effectively, meaning you are less stressed, your team is more motivated and the show experience is more rewarding. (By demystifing traditional leadership training and making it easily applicable within VFX/animation/film and screen industries.)


What to expect (in a nutshell):

  • Eight weekly modules with pre-recorded, bite-size lessons and relevant weekly assignments that fit in around your busy schedule
  • Live support from coach and VFX veteran, Debra Coleman, throughout via a weekly group Zoom call, community board and feedback on assignments
  • Small group size to encourage sharing
