As part of our mission to help build a better industry for all, we are partnering once again with ScreenSkills to continue delivering Fair Recruitment and Inclusivity in the Workplace Training for 2022/23, designed to support equitable hiring processes in organisations and on-set.

Who it's for

This training is suitable for HOD’s and those with hiring responsibilities.

What it covers

This course will offer an in-depth look at current and traditional recruitment practices and their varying impacts on diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. Participants will then learn how they can implement fairer, more robustly meritocratic recruitment policies in their own organisations, and help to build a better future for the industry as a whole.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the shortcomings of traditional recruitment practices in the establishment of fair and inclusive workplaces.
  • Analyse the recruitment practices in their own organisations and teams.
  • Implement positive change to ensure fairer recruitment.
  • Recognise and address exclusivity in their own workplaces.

All sessions will take place via Zoom
