Developing the art of successful negotiation
This session is part of the ‘Your Life at Work’ strand which offers training aimed at addressing workplace best practice as well as how to stay healthy, happy and productive at work.
If we want to work effectively with others, developing a good understanding of successful negotiation is paramount and will assist us in reaching potentially rewarding agreements and ensuring our boundaries are protected. This will be a collaborative session, in a small group, providing awareness of skills and techniques blended with facilitated peer sharing, support, and learning.
