Our last CV workshop will ensure you are ready to send out your CV to any job opportunities this summer - meet like-minded young creatives and transform your CV for a carefree summer!

Talk 2 Dan is an award-winning media agency that bridges the gap between employers and young creatives.

Since 2017, we have worked with young creatives from all walks of life where we help them gain work experience/paid work through working with different brands.

We are looking for anyone who is looking to improve their CV and possibly looking to apply for different job opportunities.

Note: please do not sign up to the event with an iCloud email as you may not receive comms for the event - please sign up with a personal or student email.

What to expect at the workshop?

Creating your profile on your CV

We will now put pen to paper and understand the three key sections that make up your profile on your CV.

Your profile will consist of the opening line, the meat of the profile and the killer line.

Dan will help you make that first and last 15-20 seconds of your profile a memorable experience not just for you but also for your employer.

You will be able to meet like-minded young creatives and will be sent a link before the event starts!

What happens next after the workshop?

We will work with you on finalising your profile on your CV which will allow you to become work ready and to start applying for work experience/jobs in the creative industry.

What does it mean to be ‘Dan approved’

A young person becomes ‘Dan approved’ once they complete/undergo an online/face to face CV course with Dan. Once a young person becomes ‘Dan approved’ this will show in our freelance talent pool for when brands/clients would like to utilise our creatives. Brands/clients that work with Talk 2 Dan will understand that the young people that have been ‘Dan approved’ have undergone an online/face to face CV course with Dan in regards to ‘How to sell yourself on your CV’ This would make the young person highly recommendable, desirable and in the brands best interests to recruit a ‘Dan approved’ candidate for their project.
