Mediorite

Mediorite is a video production company providing a full video production service for SMEs, corporates, charities and the public sector.

As a social enterprise with award-winning proven social impact, its core mission is to support diverse young people into rewarding careers in an under-representative creative industry. It achieves this through hosting the youth-led annual GET SEEN short film festival, and by offering free work-ready film production training to young people aged 18-25.

SHIFT is an eight week work ready programme that allows young people to work towards creating a short film by taking them through the process of Pre-Production to Post-Production.

The course develops young people’s interpersonal skills by working on creative exercises with professionals to increase areas in leadership, teamwork, problem solving and confidence.

The programme includes pitching to live clients and industry experts to network with.

There are opportunities for CV workshops and support with applying for work placements with employers in the creative sector.
