About

Andrew is an experienced Story Producer and Senior Development Executive. Recently he was the Senior Development Executive at Red Production Company working across both their drama and comedy slates. He has developed and script edited projects alongside A-list writer including Lesley Paterson, Ayub Khan Din, Dominic Treadwell-Collins, bestselling authors Graham Norton & Louise Candlish, and emerging talent including Brit List nominees Paul Holbrook, Kat Rose-Martin & Amy Guyler, and BAFTA Flare mentee Nosa Eke.

Previously, he has script edited over 60 hours of HETV drama and six feature films across all the major broadcasters and streaming platforms, including Alexander: The Making Of A God for Netflix, the adaptation of Graham Norton’s bestselling novel Holding for ITV, the debut series of Whitstable Pearl for Acorn and two series of returning comedy-drama Agatha Raisin for Sky. Additional script credits include Endeavour, Holby City and Coronation Street.

As a passionate advocate for inclusion, he has worked closely with talent schemes such as BIFA Springboard, Screen Yorkshire ScriptED, Papatango Theatre Prize, Royal Exchange x Warner Media Writers Exchange, BBC Writersroom, New Writing North, Untamed Stories, TripleC DANC and WildChild to support storytellers from underrepresented backgrounds.

Andrew is a National Film and Television School alumni, where he was awarded both the Christie Most Promising Student Award & the IOSH Award. At the NFTS Andrew has produced the RTS nominated short film CHRISTMAS TREE and he associate produced the BIFA nominated short film BITTER SEA.

Alongside this, he holds a postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Oxford. Drawing on this expertise, Andrew is building practical tools that help establish ethical regulations & safeguard copyright for creatives and exploring how AI can support inclusion by reducing systemic barriers.
